So, Max is owns like 3 pairs of my kicks now. Which is awesome because we've know each other for ever and he trusts me to do whatever I want!The first pair I did for him though put me in kind of a bind because we got so specific and it kinda stressed me out. But this time he just gave me themes. Like Country or city and then referenced one of my favorite paintings (a maple leaf piece)
So I took the country idea - cause that's where I come from and incorporated some color themes from the painting he'd liked. These were the first pair of shoes that I really felt represented my fine art side . . . I'm glad he's rocking them all over Texas! Maybe one day the concept will make its way to an actual canvas.
